Got one case for the family and another for events with friends. I like them so much, I am taking them to my favorite stores, including my food coop, to convince them to stock them. Fried food needs to be avoided by pregnant women in particular so since I am gluten free, I got them for a baby shower. My weekend guest, that samples some after the boxes arrived, said he would prefer this snack over the vegan organic donuts he gets since he know sugar is bad for your immune system. My mom is a cancer survive so these are replacing her rice chips since rice has heavy metals and the pops address our goal monitoring her fat intake. I am just a cassava fan from way back. I am just concerned about the cassava breads I was purchasing not being gluten free. The pops are just delightful in texture alone or with my SALADS and soups.

My 9m old baby girl loves these!! I break them up in tiny pieces and she can gum them- then they dissolve. Super tasty- they have a faint sour cream/chive taste to them too which I love. Fun 'practice' food for her with ingredients I can trust.
