I have used Wai Lana's Hello Fitness, Yoga for Everyone & Easy Series. This Fun Challenge Series takes her yoga to a different level, I really enjoy the tapes, learning to relax more & breath. I'm having fun

Def not for first timers. Her discription of what to do is so clear that I don't have to do the awkward try to look at the TV thing while in position. Love love love this lady!!!!!
