We carefully select and stand behind the brands and products that we sell. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the product you receive, we will be happy to give you a complete refund (shipping costs not included) for items that are in saleable condition.

If you need to return an item, simply login to "My account" within 30 days of receiving your order, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund request once we've received and processed the return request. Once you have received a "Return Authorized" email, you can proceed with sending us the products you are returning. Be sure to include your return number, a copy of the invoice and circle which items are being returned. You can also email email@example.com or phone us at 1-888-WAI LANA (924-5262) to let us know you wish to return or exchange an item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you took advantage of the promotion for free shipping by ordering over $50 worth of products, and you return an item (or items) which brings your order total below $50, you will be required to pay shipping on the original order.
We ship to all 50 states in the U.S.A. & internationally. Orders ship from Sacramento, California usually within 1 business day of order placement.
Shipping outside the U.S.
Please note that your country may charge import duties, taxes and fees that you may have to pay ahead of delivery. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
