    I won this years ago and just love it. Very easy to follow and still gives you a great workout. Works your full body.

    This is my 3rd Figure 8 Band- they break every few years and need to be replaced. I've used the Yoga Pilates CD, figure 8 band and circular band for more than 8 years- love this exercise routine!
