Sticky, Comfy, and High Quality
This is my first yoga mat I purchased for myself and in comparison to other mats I have used, this mat is very comfortable, squishy, and beautiful to look at. I'm 5'2" and the mat still gives me extra space. I use this mat mainly for pilates which requires a lot of hard cardio so I have stretched the material, dug my fingers in there leaving dents only for the mat to jump right back to normal as if nothing happened to it. It's amazing! If you are looking for an affordable but higher quality mat, buy from Wai Lana!
