Great grip, good padding, small footprint
Pretty grippy! Eco awesome. I normally struggle with slipping on yoga mats, but this one is better than most. The only challenge is that it is too small if your over 5'10". If available, an Amazon warrior version would be my next purchase!

Totally the perfect answer
It's Eco, which means quality and health. And it is nice and thick which means it is not flimsy. I purchased a mat 2 years ago, and it still looks new. I have just purchased another mat, not for exercise but as a runner down a particularly drafty hallway. It's winter and I'd like a little warmth and comfort for my feet. So, I'm very happy with the product from construction to performance to durability to 'it looks good'.

AN EXCELLENT MAT
This is an excellent quality mat. It is very easy on my knees compared with some other mats. I had a blue version of this mat which I liked very much and served me for a few years. I strongly recommend this mat for all yoga enthusiasts.
