I love this strap! I am so glad I bought it. I almost didn't since I already have a few regular straps but I thought it sounded cool and wanted to try it. My hands have a hard time holding on to the regular straps (they get week from carpel tunnel) but the towel has a place for your hands so I don't have that issue with it. I can practice and feel so much more relaxed and comfortable. It's definitely worth having!
