This is a charming way to introduce yoga poses to my granddaughter! The kit provides an endearing DVD with sweet children doing the poses. The poster to remind her how to do them to hang up in her room. A mat to use, then store in the tote bag for next time! It provides a very positive experience and hopefully start her on a lifelong practice of Yoga for good health!

I bought these 3 kits as a gift for my nieces and grand-daughter. I have not yet given them their gift, however, I certainly am excited to! I am pleased with my purchase because the children often do Yoga with me and I just know they are going to love their very own Yoga mats and poster!!! A good price too!
