I first bought the Easy Series VCR tapes back in the early 90's after seeing her PBS program. I'd tried a couple of yoga and tai chi classes but due to a couple of whip lashes and a bad back, I found the positions hurt my back. Even if you can't do the floor exercises, I think these would be of use. Initially, I couldn't do all of the reputations on the shoulder circles, but within a week I was able to complete the sets. This was very helpful in loosening the scar tissue from the whip lashes. I just bought the DVD version to keep at our winter home. During the meditation at the end, I am so relaxed that I sometimes fall asleep. Some people may have trouble with her accent but after getting used to it, I found iher voice to be very relaxing.

I travel often and I race sports cars so staying in shape is difficult when on the road. Great way to keep toned when I do not have access to a gym.

I purchased this for my mom for Christmas. And what a difference in her posture. Now I bought it for my hubby. He's taking the whole idea a little slow but he does say he sees a difference. He practices only twice a week but it's a start.

I started doing the Wai Lana yoga series on PBS and just loved it, so I started doing the DVD series. The toning workout is a really good workout, and I just felt wonderful after. beginning yoga workout was something I wanted to do everyday, and the meditation has been very beneficial to my mental well being. This is by far my favorite workout.

A friend has these DVDs and we started doing them together I liked It and was able to actually follow it. I'm 55 in fair health. Once trying i just had to order a set for myself! Love it!! And I feel so good afterwards. Thank you so much. :)

I started my yoga practice 14 yrs ago with the easy series tripak. Although I take classes now & use the other wai lana tripaks, I still come back to this one often. I have given it many times as gifts for friends who wanted to start a yoga practice.

I have all the series and have been using them for 14 years as you progress it gets easier for me there is no competition i do it at home in my time. It has helped stretched my back which i injured in my teens and keeps my breathing easy which relieves my stress as i work for myself 24 / 7. I use the easy set for 5 years then intermediate then advanced and alternate. Marvelous. Thank you very much

I have been doing one of the tapes for a few months from a VHS tape I had and love the beginning breathing exercise. Opening the breath I feel is so important. Shoulder exercises on one of the dvd's relieved a shoulder injury I have been carrying with me for over eight months. I appreciate the added features describing the benefits of the various movements and, of course, the relaxation meditation at the end of every tape. Thank you so much.
