I enjoy Wai Lana's Toning Workout because she has a good mixture of difficult movements and relaxing moments. Her guidance throughout is so beneficial to helping get the most out of the positions. The scenery and colors are both relaxing and stimulating. I feel mentally and physically good when I have completed this workout.
