I was doing Wai Lana yoga from the PBS program. But, the dvd's are a much more intensive workout. Plus, I can do it on my schedule. I have been doing for a few weeks not and notice a difference in my flexibility and posture.

I have been looking for a yoga DVD so I can practice everyday at home. I am impressed with the Yoga For Everyone set, it hits all the right spots! I look forward to increased flexibility, strength and stamina. I can see a difference already.

I ordered Wai Lana Yoga for everyone DVD after seeing her program on PBS. I have been practicing yoga for many years and wanted to add another aspect to my current practice. Wai Lana yoga is so relaxing and yet so invigorating. I love it.
