    I was a little sore after the first few sessions using these dvd's. I know it is working. I really like the way that the moves are described in a calm and soothing manner. It really makes the session easier. I plan on using this regularly.

    Hello. I'm concerned because my product hasn't arrived yet. It's been three weeks now, and I don't know what to do. In a previous mail you told me the delivery was already in my country, Mexico, so I want you to tell me now what's the delivery service that was supposed to bring the package to my house, so I can go and pick it up myself! Thanks for the information, I'll wait for it.

    Hello, I've been waiting for my DVDs to arrive but this hasn't happened yet. I'm concerned bescause it's been more than 10 days now, and I want to do my yoga! I'll wait for your notice. Greetings.

    Since February, I have been working out 6 days a week with the Flexibility, Stamina, and Strengthening DVDs, and am happy to report great improvement in my condition. I wanted to incorporate new asanas and decided on the Hello Fitness series. I'm very pleased! The time goes quicker - which fits my schedule better - and there are new challenges. Eventually, I will rotate all 6 six DVDs every week.
